Launch Bumiputera Economics Empowerment Council that enhance bumiputera equity ownership and also the strategies in the setting targets for all chief executive for projects awarded to vendors besides that this council is to enhance Bumiputera equity ownership in corporate sector. Other than that, it also to make sure that economic of bumiputera are implemented effectively. Thus, set up various measure to help bumiputera.

Another strategies that applied by Dato' Sri Mohd Najib is "Blue Ocean Strategy". This strategy is to enhance the way of thinking of people. This way of thinking are more widely used in government agencies to achieve the objectives and of the National Key Result Areas (NKRAs).
